They say dream big. This is exactly what happens to the Flintridge Prep girls cross country team.
Two weeks ago, "coach Mike Roffina his underclassmen big dreams, because that was the only way the rebels would go on season.
"I have never, ever would have expected two weeks ago," said Roffina.
"I never expected that our season will be extended."
Actually did Flintridge Prep big dreams. The rebels scored a surprising sixth in last Saturday CIF southern section Division 5 finals.
The only goal immediately put the five sophomores and two newcomers in a frenzy. Roffina had to take cover flit, and it was not from the rain drops. Sophomore Kaitlyn Kelleher finished 18th and Freshman Sarah Yoho 19th in the CIF-SS Finals. Freshmen Kate Evans, Audrey Levy and Galey Caverly took the rebels next places. Freshman Sophomore Marisa Wang and Nikhita Poole also competition.

Pons' chief challenge in Division III, Piner Luis Luna and Enterprise Domenic D'Acquisto. "If someone needs a helping hand, we have to try," said Tanya Wilson, fishn neighbor for almost 30 years and Stachelski mother.
Fishn and she loved it.
"There you do not like to impose, but she was very grateful for the help her neighbors," said Stachelski.
